As another new challenge has presented itself, we will be trying to get the house dried out in the next week and a half. It shouldn't be hard, since it is pour, well flooding down rain....this is a joke people, although not a funny one. The current moisture level in the house is at 15%, which is high and could potentially cause mold problems IF we were to start putting sheet rock up right away. So our builder placed a couple of torpedo heaters in the house and put insulation up on the garage and house walls that were shared to hold more of the heat in. It would have been optimal if they could have had the permanent power hooked up so that we could use the furnace instead, as that would have been more productive and efficient. The good news is that last Saturday (1/28/06) Lynn was out at the site and spoke to the builder who said that the moisture level had dropped to 10% in the areas he tested downstairs, and upstair there were a couple spots still at 12%. So hopefully running everything throughout the weekend and the first few days of this week will help to get the levels upstairs to drop. I have been told that when building in Oregon (at least the Valley) that even in the summer during the driest time, the moisture levels are still at about 8% due to the humidity. Anything under 12% is good. Now that were done with our moisture lesson, I'll move onto the rest of the pics.
I took one of the Master Shower ......doesn't that dirty shower floor just make you want to hop in - when we move in I will try to forget I ever saw it like this!
There is also one of the jetted tub, looking out over the property, peaceful, so enticing and the jets are calling to you, the water certainly is not and you would have to shimmy yourself under that piece of lumber, but back to that relaxing place; again this will be another image I delete from my brain files once we move in and everything is shiny.

The Fireplace, which might I add that Mr. Lynn HAD to have a remote for this since the TV is going upstairs, something needed a remote downstairs. OK so the full truth is that he thought it would be nice to be relaxing on the couch and flick on the fireplace without getting up, and this I agree, would be cool.
The Entertainment/Display nook - we have not decided as to what exactly will fill this space yet.
Looking back across at the kitchen, they have the sheet rock up on the ceiling and this week(and the next) the sheetrockers will be finishing up the rest of house inside.
